HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment processes, the right HR documentation flow and managing training budget and process. We are looking for an active, positive, experienced person who will moderate employee relations and shape a positive and safe work environment together with the team. We like openness, ingenuity and innovation.

 

Areas to focus on:
  • Management recruitment & selection process:
    • Posting job adverts
    • Contact with candidates and conduct interviews
    • Preparing all documentation needed to recruit, including GDPR documentation
    • Providing feedback to candidates
    • Providing all documentation related to employment
    • Providing all information related to payroll, training system and Company rules for employees
  • Management training process:
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs (Matrix?)
    • Provide Corporate induction training for all new employees and conduct onboarding process for new employees
    • Implementation all Company regulation and policies
    • Storage of training records
  • Analysis and reporting HR data:
    • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Reporting headcount, working hours, training hours, absenteeism and other HR data (monthly HR KPI)
    • Liaises with external payroll provider regarding changes in employment, monthly working time sheets and all changes in employee data
  • • Liaison with professional advisors:
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (cooperation with legal advisors)
    • Liaises with external medical center to provide medical checkup for all employees
    • Provide all data needed for HSE Inspector
    • Presence during State labor inspection control
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other challenges
  • Nurture a positive working environment
Who we are looking for?
  • Bachelor`s degree/ Master`s degree in related field required (Human Resource Management)
  • Minimum 3 years` experience in HR in a manufacturing environment
Competencies & Skills
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations (especially labor code)
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Openness and reliability
  • MS Office proficient user
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
